Healthy Lifestyle

Everyone wants to be healthy. If our body is in a bad condition, we can not run activities well .To have a good health, someone should have a healthy lifestyle. If people ignore this important thing, it could give them a serious effect dealing with their health.
We could have it by considering about the nutrition of the food we consume. We should have a balance diet. Balance diet means that the food should contain a proper portion of nutrients. We should not consume food containing fat rather than carbohydrates. Because it will cause the problem with our heart. Apart from that, we should do sport. It allows the metabolism run effectively. So, it could make the body system balanced. Another thing that people should consider is time to take a rest. Our body needs take a rest after doing many activities. It then could help repairing the body system.
Physiology is influenced by body health. When people get stress, it will decrease their health. The better way to solve it is always think positively, and share the feeling with your friends.
As the next generation, We should apply this healthy lifestyle for a better life.
